I have no problem with somebody wanting to retire. The problem is him blaming everyone but himself. Look at his list of reasons for quitting:

American fans booed me
They never gave me the Pride belt
they gave me a title shot
They didn’t give me a rematch

He’s given a spot on a reality show twice that most fighters would give an arm for to get the publicity (the same publicity that got him the movie part)

When everyone thought the baby was killed by Rampage, Dana stood by his side the whole time

He comes off ungrateful for everything he was given, complaining about things he wasn’t. A lot of people wish they were given the opportunities he was, but according to him it’s everyone else’s fault but his own. At the very least he could realize he left the UFC hanging just a little by opting out of the fight with Rashad.

Who is the hell is this Giovanini Jabroni??? When a great fighter decides he’s taken enough of a beating we should all stand up and applaud him for entertaining us. Entertain us Rampage did. I would love to see him fight again (especially vs Anderson Silva), but if he never does I’ll understand and I won’t hate.

the author does have a valid point in that dana and the ufc really looked out for rampage after his meltdown and sttod by him through thick and thin. however he is wrong when he says that the woman having the miscarriage “might” have been because rampage hit her vehicle. her doctor has already said that was not the cause of it. i understand rampage needs to look out for his future and i’m sure there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes that none of us are privy to. unfortunately he’s shot himself in the foot with the ufc and with their contracts should rampage want to fight again it will have to be on the ufcs terms and dana clearly holds grudges. i can see him making rampage wait a long time before fighting again.

I agree with Page fan……Danny Giovannini is coming off like a bit of a know it with regards to his comments. In fact, he doesn’t know anything; it’s just his opinion. Except his opinion does not convey in an articulate way. Thus, Danny Giovannini, you fail. Hard.

FUCK YOU for hating on rampage if you were a quinton fan and are not now then you were never a fan of him. Im still a rampage fan he hasn’t lost any REAL fans so if you are going to say “i lost respect for quinton” “im no longer a fan blah blah im a hatin bitch” then you are irrelevant. HA ufc is screwed becuase of page?!?! yeah ok the ufc is all messed up now becuase page is no longer fighting? wtf are you serious they have a fuckload of 5 star fighters and i could care less about this season of tuf its garbage anyway.
